Girls’ Squash Training & Matchplay Day - Girl POWER!

Join us for a day dedicated to building skills, confidence, and connections on the squash court!

For this event, we are pleased to announce that we will be joined by coach Cara from projectYOU Kids (projectyou-coaching.com/kids) who specialises in strength and conditioning for kids to help with overall athletic ability. At projectYOU their mission is to "build stronger, fitter, and faster athletes who feel unstoppable in sport and life"

Designed exclusively for girls between 7 and 15 of all abilities, this event combines engaging coaching sessions with friendly matchplay in a positive, supportive environment. You’ll enjoy expert guidance, lots of game time, and plenty of laughs. Come make new friends, challenge yourself, and discover just how fun squash can be!

Bronze level graded tournament in the afternoon. Prizes will be awarded to winners/r/up for each grade. There will also be an award for Grit.Passion.Support which will be awarded to whoever has demonstrated these qualities and has received the most nominations from their peers.
